Talengy’s main office is located in São Paulo, right in the heart of the technology hub for the Latin America region. From there, we conduct most of our executive searches; however, we are able to work on any assignment throughout the region.

With over 26 years of experience working with executive search in Latin America, Fernando has been helping leading companies build their management teams.
Prior to founding Talengy, Fernando worked at Microsoft Brazil, as the Talent Acquisition Head for the subsidiary. Previously, he was the Human Resources Director at Unisys for Latin America. For more than 08 years he led the Human Resources department in 09 countries in the region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay).
Fernando has also worked as Human Resources Business Partner for Eucatex and PepsiCo.
Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado and specialization in Technology from FASP.
He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Juliana Mello has over 27 years of experience working in Human Resources for global companies in Brazil and other countries in Latin America.
Prior to joining Talengy, she worked at Whirlpool Corporation (based in the USA) supporting Latin American countries, as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner. At the same company, she was the HR Business Partner in Brazil, coordinating the Organizational Development area.
Previously, Juliana spent 07 years at Senac, where she held a managerial position in Human Resources in which she was responsible for Corporate University, Talent Acquisition, and Knowledge Management. Her in-depth HR experiences included projects in almost all HR areas/activities.
Juliana holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relation from USP – University of São Paulo. She has a specialization in Human Resources from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Daniela Lemos has more than 20 years of experience working in Executive Search & Recruiting for global companies in Brazil and Latin America.
Prior to joining Talengy, she worked at Bloomberg being responsible for Talent Acquisition in Latin America. Previously, she worked as Sales/IT Recruiter for three major technology companies in Brazil: SAP, IBM and Microsoft.
Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a specialization in Product Marketing and a MBA in Information & Technology.
She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
